Miss Misery (2020), co-created with Jade Blair, is a 7-episode web series about an anxious artsy couple in Toronto experimenting with polyamory.
CBC said “Miss Misery has some of the funniest and most perceptive dialogue in all of Canadian media.”
We had our cast and crew screening at The Royal in Toronto on August 14, 2019.
The series won Best Script, Best Actress (Aley Waterman), and Best Supporting Actress (Jade Blair) at the 2020 British Web Awards, and was nominated for Best Director, Best Drama, Best Concept, and Best Cinematography (Luke McCutcheon).
